Sam Baker Will Not Play Against Dolphins

The story of the season so far for the Falcons has been injuries. Last week the Falcons lost two starters, Kroy Biermann and Bradie Ewing, for the entire season and also lost Steven Jackson and Sean Weatherspoon for multiple games.

Now, it's Matt Ryan's safety blanket, Sam Baker, that will be out this weekend. Earlier this week Thomas Dimitroff talked about how Lamar Holmes can play both tackle spots and it looks like that's what we will see on Sunday. Most expect Holmes to play left tackle this weekend while recent signee Jeremy Trueblood takes over for Holmes at right tackle. The only real silver lining we have her is that if Baker sits he will get better quicker.
